1. Services

I offer coaching, guidance, workshops, and retreats. These are not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or psychiatric care.

By booking, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and personally responsible for your choices.
2. Sessions & Packages

Sessions are available online or in person (Ibiza).

Prices are clearly listed before booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Packages are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

Retreats, events, or special offerings may have their own cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
4. Shop (Books & Merchandise)

All sales of physical products (books, t-shirts, etc.) are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a replacement.
5. Responsibility & Disclaimer

Coaching and guidance are supportive tools. They do not guarantee specific outcomes.

You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions during and after sessions.

I do not take responsibility for personal choices, interpretations, or consequences following sessions or programs.
