Welcome. Whether you're stepping into emotional clarity, exploring tantra or kink identity, or beginning microdosing, this guide will help you arrive fully, openly, and safely.

 

💬 1. Set an Intention
Take a few moments before we meet to reflect:

What’s really on your heart right now?

Is there something you’ve been avoiding or holding back?

What would make this session truly valuable for you?

You don’t need perfect answers — just honesty.

 

🧘 2. Create Space (Before and After)
Choose a quiet space for your session.

Turn off notifications, and allow 10–15 minutes before and after for integration.

Bring a journal or something to write on, if helpful.

 

🧭 3. What to Expect
This is a safe, non-judgmental space. Expect:

Deep listening, emotional reflection

Practical tools if needed (not just talk)

Space for your truth to land, without needing to fix anything
